OUR PHILOSOPY AND OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

As the founder of Fur, Fins & Feathers LLC, my personal mission is to set the highest of standards for the pet sitting industry while establishing superb character and reputation. We aim to be the best possible caregivers for our clientele. Ours is a successful, abundant, and joyous company dedicated not only to enlivening and encouraging our coworkers’ enthusiasm and passion for animals, but also dedicated to maximizing each caregiver’s special talents in order to provide you and your beloved pet with the customized care you deserve.

OUR PHILOSPOHY

PASSION IS OUR POWER!
The concept that we must make a living through toil and sweat of brow prevents us from realizing that we can actually earn by doing something that we love to do. We often overlook our talents and special gifts because they seem to be so natural, so easy to do. The truth is that we can earn income through our visions, passions and talents, and have fun at the same time. We each were given many gifts, but with a responsibility: to use and expand them. “For the person who uses what he is given shall be given more, and he shall have abundance, but from the man that is unfaithful, even what little talent he has shall be taken from him.” (Jerusalem Bible, Matthew 25:29).
Through its special training program, Fur, Fins and Feathers LLC allows its sitters to discover, draw out and further develop their abilities to communicate with your pet(s), to love, to care, to be intuitive, and to serve, to their fullest capacity, as an “interpreter” for your pet(s), ensuring that your pet(s) needs are met.

"Teamwork’ is the ability to work together toward a common vision. It is the ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” Each sitter is not alone. We are a TEAM – and that includes you! You are the prime communicator for your pet. Without you, your beloved pet would have a much harder time letting anyone know about his/her needs and wishes. On top of that, each pet sitter is trained so as to provide back-up or assistance to, and to share knowledge with, our other sitters. Each sitter’s experiences provide co-workers with a wealth a vital information.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU AND YOUR PET(S)

Our sitters tend to be happier. Why? Because they love what they do. They are enthusiastic about and proud of their work. They have the emotional reserve to bestow love on your pets. Our sitters can pay special attention to the details you request. Enthusiasm comes from the root words “en” and “theos” which means “In God.”
